The company is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Area Sales Supervisor to strengthen its commercial operations and drive sales performance within assigned territories.
Job Summary
The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing sales teams, developing market expansion strategies, supervising field operations, monitoring product distribution, analyzing market trends, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The successful candidate will oversee daily sales activities, maintain strong customer relationships, and support business growth through effective leadership and market execution.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs using the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, and Place).
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase profitability.
  • Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure door-to-door marketing strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain an updated database of restaurants, supermarkets, retailers, bars, wholesalers, and stockists.
  • Design sales routes and prepare route maps for field teams.
  • Ensure products are sold at company-recommended prices.
  • Supervise, coach, monitor, and evaluate sales team performance.
  • Enforce discipline and maintain high productivity among sales staff.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving products.
  • Evaluate distribution efficiency, transport, and staffing requirements.
  • Explain the business benefits of partnering with Hariss International to customers.
  • Train sales teams and depot managers on stock control procedures and sales reporting.
  • Recommend sales promotions, pricing strategies, and distribution improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and activation performance reports.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience supervising field sales teams is highly desirable.
