TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR JOB – REDDY’S PHARMA LTD (KAWEMPE)

• Supervise daily operation of filling, blending, and laboratory/ancillary equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and resolve equipment defects and process deviations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting in line with SOPs.
• Ensure optimal performance and uptime of manufacturing equipment.

• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, ISO, HACCP, and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality consistency.
• Support audits and inspections as required.

• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records.
• Document equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Report technical issues and corrective actions to management.

• Supervise, train, and mentor technical staff.
• Promote a safe, disciplined, and efficient working environment.
• Support skills development within the engineering team.
• Assign and monitor daily technical tasks.

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of technical upgrades and innovations.
• Contribute to operational excellence and productivity enhancement.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP standards.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and computer applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
