Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Managing Director’s strategic partner in driving business priorities.
• Monitor progress of key initiatives requiring executive oversight.
• Ensure strategic projects remain on track and deliver expected outcomes.
• Support the Managing Director in prioritizing critical business activities.
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities affecting strategic execution.

• Track and analyze business performance across different teams.
• Monitor fintech business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Use data analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Develop performance reports for leadership review.

• Monitor execution of high-impact organizational projects.
• Drive accountability across business teams.
• Follow up on action points from executive meetings.
• Identify project bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of strategic initiatives.

• Prepare executive-level presentations for:
  • Board meetings
  • Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Investor engagements
  • Public presentations
• Translate complex business information into clear and impactful presentations.
• Prepare executive summaries, reports, and strategic briefs.
• Manage communication flow between the Managing Director and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

• 10–15 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, including:
  • Strategy consulting
