Job Summary

The Senior Data Associate – FA & HR Analytics will lead learning support and technical delivery within the Financial Analytics (FA) and Human Resources Analytics (HR Analytics) specialization.
The successful candidate will facilitate training sessions, mentor learners, review data analytics projects and assessments, provide technical guidance, and support curriculum improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong knowledge of data analysis, financial analytics, HR analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Delivery and Technical Support
The Senior Data Associate will:
  • Lead technical learning sessions in Financial Analytics and HR Analytics.
  • Support learners with practical assignments and analytics projects.
  • Provide guidance on data analysis concepts and methodologies.
  • Address technical challenges faced by learners.
  • Ensure participants develop industry-relevant analytics skills.
2. Financial Analytics Support
Responsibilities include:

3. Human Resources Analytics Support

4. Project Review and Assessment Management

Required Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial analytics, HR analytics, or related fields.
