1. Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic, tech-savvy Fresh Graduates to join our teaching team as Robotics and STEM Instructors. In this entry-level role, you will guide young learners through engaging technical concepts and build their passion for modern technology.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interactive Teaching: Facilitate hands-on Robotics and STEM lessons for young students.
  • Competition & Project Guidance: Mentor and support student projects, coding challenges, and robotics competitions.
  • Curriculum Support: Prepare, organize, and maintain learning kits, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain an encouraging, fun, and safe learning environment that sparks curiosity.
2. Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, STEM Education, or a closely related discipline.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and working with children.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Location: Must currently reside in or around Kampala, Uganda.
  • Experience: No prior teaching experience required—thorough training and onboarding will be provided.
