The company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Operations & Partnerships Associate to support daily operations, manage driver relationships, improve service delivery, and develop partnerships that contribute to business growth.

Job Summary

The Operations & Partnerships Associate will be responsible for managing the complete driver lifecycle, improving driver availability, analysing operational data, coordinating daily ride operations, and building strategic partnerships that create value for drivers, riders, and the company.
The ideal candidate should have strong operational experience, excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Driver Lifecycle Operations
  • Manage driver acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention processes.
  • Develop strategies to attract and maintain high-performing drivers.
  • Support driver training, communication, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor driver activity and identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction.
2. Improve Driver Availability and Efficiency
  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase driver availability during peak demand periods.
  • Analyse driver performance metrics and operational trends.
  • Identify challenges affecting driver productivity and develop solutions.
  • Support initiatives that improve ride completion rates and customer experience.
3. Coordinate Daily Ride Operations
  • Monitor daily transportation operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track ride performance and resolve operational challenges.
  • Work with internal teams to address driver and rider issues.
  • Ensure service quality standards are maintained.
4. Analyse Operational Data
  • Review trip data, driver performance reports, and operational statistics.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Use data insights to support business decisions.
  • Prepare operational reports for management.
5. Develop Partnerships
  • Identify and build partnerships that support business growth.
  • Maintain relationships with drivers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and coordinate partnership initiatives.
  • Explore opportunities that improve value for riders and drivers.
6. Support Business Growth Projects
  • Collaborate with different departments including operations, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Support implementation of business improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in projects aimed at increasing efficiency and market growth.
  • Provide operational insights to support strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience.
  • Experience in transportation, technology, mobility, logistics, or the sharing economy is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Experience managing partnerships or stakeholder relationships.
