Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
• Build brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and customer segments.
• Create engaging promotional content to support business growth.

• Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.
• Engage with customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries and support the sales process.

• Effectively market properties, houses, vehicles, or company products to potential buyers.
• Prepare engaging presentations and promotional messages.
• Demonstrate products professionally to prospective clients.
• Use creative communication approaches to attract customers.

• Produce marketing videos and promotional materials.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Luganda.
• Present products confidently through digital and physical marketing channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer acquisition.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Luganda.
• Confidence in presenting and promoting products.
