Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation
  • Prepare local foods according to company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ensure food is presented attractively for customers.
Sales and Customer Service
  • Sell local foods to customers in the market.
  • Welcome and assist customers professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries politely and efficiently.
  • Process customer purchases accurately.
Stock and Hygiene Management
  • Monitor food supplies and report stock shortages.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
Daily Operations
  • Arrive at work on time and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Support smooth daily business operations.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:
  • Uganda Certificate of Education (Senior Four) or higher.
  • Additional training in hospitality, catering, or customer service is an added advantage.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in food preparation, vending, hospitality, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Fresh candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must:
  • Be female.
  • Be 18–25 years of age.
  • Be able to speak Luganda.
  • English communication skills are an added advantage.
  • Be residing in Kisaasi or nearby areas.
