ABOUT THE COMPANY

Platinum Credit is a leading regional microfinance company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Eastern Africa.

JOB PURPOSE

The overall job purpose is to market and sell the SME loan product, assess potential borrowers, and ensure timely loan repayments through effective client relationship management and debt collection strategies.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Market and promote the company’s loan products and services to prospective clients.
Identify, recruit, and onboard eligible borrowers.
Assess loan applications and collect the required documentation.
Conduct client appraisals and recommend suitable loan products.
Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
Manage delinquent accounts and implement effective debt collection strategies.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and lending guidelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Minimum qualification: Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE/A-Level Certificate).
Age: 20 years and above.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
