Lead Generator Roles (Universal Retail & Agent Support Advisor)

• Role Focus: Proactive Sales, Retail Asset/Liability Growth, and Agent Banking Network Management

• Primary Focus: 80% Sales & Service, 10% Customer Service, 10% Operational Rigour & KYC Compliance.
• Core Responsibilities: Drive retail banking growth by actively pitching and cross-selling consumer lending, retail asset, and liability products. Manage new and existing customer accounts, ensure absolute accuracy in documentation, and maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering and KYC regulations.

• Primary Focus: 60% Business Growth & Retention, 30% Customer Service, 10% Operational Rigour & KYC Compliance.
• Core Responsibilities: Proactively recruit, onboard, and manage profitable agent networks. Drive agent retention, resolve terminal or system challenges, negotiate commercial terms, and expand cross-sell opportunities across regional agent footprints.

• Education Requirements:
  • First or Second Class Bachelor's Degree (FETC in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies preferred).
  • At least a Credit 6 in Mathematics and English at O-Level.
  • 2 Principal Passes at A-Level.
• Experience: Prior experience in competitor product sales, direct field-based sales generation, or client relationship management.
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; high resilience for field-based pitching; excellent planning and communication abilities.
