Safari Share is seeking energetic, confident, and self-driven Field Representatives to join its team and support field operations across Kampala.
The role is suitable for individuals who understand Kampala communities, enjoy interacting with people, and can confidently communicate with customers and the public.
Selected representatives will receive daily pay as well as data and call bundles to support their field activities.

Job Summary

The Field Representative will be responsible for conducting field activities across Kampala, engaging with customers, sharing information, collecting feedback, and representing Safari Share professionally.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, confident, hardworking, and familiar with different areas of Kampala.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Safari Share in different locations across Kampala.
  • Engage and communicate with potential customers.
  • Provide accurate information about company services.
  • Collect customer feedback and field information.
  • Maintain professional relationships with community members.
  • Submit daily field updates and reports.
  • Use provided data and call bundles effectively for communication.
  • Meet assigned field targets and objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should have:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to speak English and Luganda.
  • Ability to speak Runyankore is an added advantage.
  • Confidence when interacting with people.
  • Good knowledge of Kampala streets and locations.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Smart, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
