About Pollicy

Pollicy is an Africa-based feminist collective of technologists, researchers, creatives, and organizers working at the intersection of data, design, technology, policy, and social justice. The organization collaborates with communities, governments, civil society, and development partners to build digital systems that are ethical, inclusive, and centered on human dignity.
Through research, storytelling, public dialogue, capacity strengthening, creative expression, and policy engagement, Pollicy influences how digital technologies and governance systems are designed and implemented across Africa.
Its work combines evidence-based research with innovative approaches such as games, murals, artistic interventions, policy briefs, and community engagement to amplify voices that have historically been excluded from technology decision-making.
As the organization enters a new phase of growth, Pollicy is seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide visionary leadership, strengthen organizational sustainability, and expand its influence across Africa and globally.
