JOB OPPORTUNITY – CASHIER

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, mobile money operations, or agency banking
• Experience in cash handling and distribution systems is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance/accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Receive, process, and record cash transactions accurately
• Manage cash disbursements and receipts
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Maintain accountability of cash balances at all times

• Maintain updated financial records and transaction logs
• Support preparation of financial summaries and reports
• Reconcile daily cash transactions

• Handle mobile money transactions and related financial services
• Support agency banking operations where required
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
• Report any discrepancies or irregularities immediately
• Support internal audits and financial verification processes
