Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies HSEQ policies.
• Maintain high safety standards during aviation fueling operations.
• Implement aviation safety requirements and procedures.
• Support compliance with audit recommendations.
• Ensure equipment operations meet required safety standards.

2. Aviation Equipment Maintenance

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for aviation fueling equipment.
• Ensure all into-plane equipment and vehicles remain operational.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform minor repairs on aviation fueling equipment.
• Maintain aviation fueling vehicles according to required standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure availability of required spare parts.
• Maintain maintenance records and quality documentation.

3. Aviation Fuel Equipment Monitoring

• Monitor filtration systems and safety mechanisms.
• Ensure aviation equipment remains in excellent working condition.
• Verify compliance with aviation fuel quality requirements.
• Support enforcement of:
  • JIG (Joint Inspection Group) standards.
  • MOCQAT requirements.
  • Aviation fuel quality procedures.
• Ensure Jet A-1 fuel handling equipment meets international standards.

4. Inventory and Documentation Management

• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Update equipment maintenance records.
• Maintain quality control documentation.
• Update sales records and meter reconciliation reports.
• Ensure accurate operational records are maintained.

5. Staff Training and Supervision

• Mentoring new employees on aviation equipment maintenance.
• Training staff on correct equipment use.
• Supervising contractors working at the depot.
• Providing technical guidance to refueling teams.
• Supporting continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

6. Aviation Operations Support

• Participate in aircraft refueling activities when required.
• Support drum filling operations.
• Assist refueling teams during operational activities.
• Guide teams in proper equipment handling.
• Ensure company operational objectives are achieved.

Required Qualifications

• Strong and broad-based background in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Automotive Engineering
  • Related technical fields.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in:
  • Vehicle repairs.
  • Hydraulic systems.
  • Pneumatic equipment.
  • Mechanical maintenance.
  • Equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of aviation fueling equipment is an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership ability and teamwork skills.

Driving Requirement

• Minimum commercial driving permit:
  • Class CM
