• Assemble electric bicycles from Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits.
• Install, connect, and calibrate mechanical and electrical components.
• Follow standard assembly procedures and production guidelines.
• Ensure bicycles are fully functional and ready for use.

• Inspect bicycles before, during, and after assembly.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Replace defective or worn-out components.
• Ensure all bikes meet performance and safety standards.

• Conduct quality checks throughout assembly and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures strictly.

• Support battery swap operations and fleet servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
• Assist in workshop activities as required.

• Record completed work, diagnostics, and maintenance activities.
• Report issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical operations.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement of workshop operations.
• Contribute to team efficiency and service quality.

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical repairs, assembly, or technical maintenance.
• Basic understanding of electric bicycles, motorcycles, or similar systems.
• Experience in workshop or automotive environments is an advantage.
