JOB OPPORTUNITY – ACCOUNTANT

ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping of all transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budget performance analyses.
• Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor budgets and support financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal financial policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain financial controls and contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in the printing, promotional, or signage industry is an added advantage.
