Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts from project initiation to completion while ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with CTG policies and client agreements. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee consultant recruitment and onboarding processes, monitor project performance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and project objectives.
  • Ensure services are delivered according to contractual agreements.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Project Management
  • Lead initial client engagements and project planning.

Recruitment and Staffing Coordination

  • Support contract preparation and issuance.
  • Monitor staffing requirements throughout project implementation.
  • Coordinate international consultant onboarding where applicable.
Operations and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with CTG operational policies.
  • Monitor adherence to local labour laws and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with client contractual obligations.
  • Maintain operational quality standards.
  • Obtain approvals for operational exceptions.
  • Report compliance risks and operational irregularities.
  • Prevent operational and financial mismanagement.
Financial Management
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
  • Track project costs and revenue.
  • Support resource allocation and cost management.
  • Ensure project profitability.
  • Prepare financial reports for management.
  • Monitor payroll processing and consultant payments.
Reporting
  • Prepare monthly client reports.
  • Report on consultant headcount.
  • Monitor payroll and daily subsistence allowance (DSA) payments.
  • Track consultant activities and project performance.
  • Provide operational updates to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Address client concerns professionally.
  • Resolve service delivery challenges promptly.

Leadership and Coordination
  • Provide guidance to project support staff where required.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Public Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management, project management, operations, recruitment, or client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, payroll administration, and consultant management.
  • Experience managing client accounts and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using HR or project management systems is an advantage.
