Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Ensure customers receive a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Present menus, explain available meals, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and report issues to management.
• Process customer bills and support payment procedures where required.
• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Set up tables and prepare the restaurant area before service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant operating procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of a High School qualification.
• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Attendant, or Customer Service Assistant is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good customer care skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
