POSITION

Brand & Customer Experience Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong social media and content creation skills.
  • Comfortable creating Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily store operations and sales activities.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, or luxury brands is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence and customer engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Coordinate daily store operations and support sales activities.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure excellent customer experiences that align with the luxury brand image.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail in all operational activities.
