This position involves conducting financial market research, analyzing investment opportunities, supporting portfolio management decisions, and providing data-driven insights for investment strategies.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, improving service delivery processes, handling customer complaints, and ensuring high-quality banking customer experience standards.

OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE OFFICER

This role ensures regulatory compliance, risk management, operational efficiency, and adherence to internal banking policies and financial industry standards.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
