Project Overview
IFRAD Uganda is recruiting for an anticipated five-year Livestock Development Project in the Teso Sub-region. The initiative aims to promote inclusive economic empowerment for youth and women through participation in livestock value chains, including poultry, piggery, goats, sheep, and related livestock enterprises.
The project supports production, processing, marketing, and livestock business development services to improve livelihoods and strengthen agricultural value chains.
Available Positions
Project Driver
Responsible for safe transportation of staff, project materials, and logistical support across project districts while ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance with road safety regulations.
Project Officers
Responsible for implementing field-level project activities, supporting livestock development interventions, engaging communities, collecting data, and ensuring successful delivery of project outputs.
District Coordinators
Responsible for coordinating project implementation at district level, liaising with local stakeholders, supervising field teams, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and reporting requirements.
Cluster Coordinator
Responsible for overseeing multiple districts or clusters, ensuring effective coordination, monitoring progress, and supporting technical implementation of livestock development activities across the region.
