• Monitor, track, and report end-to-end process performance.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Process Science and Business Process Engineering matters.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and business units.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on process management and improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process excellence initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, products, systems, and data.
• Professional certifications in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Process Improvement are an added advantage.
