Position Summary

The selected candidates will support various operational functions within the Visa Application Centre, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance with operational procedures, customer satisfaction, data security, and efficient processing of visa applications.
Successful applicants must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, integrity, customer service excellence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Accountant
  • Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records.
  • Prepare financial reports and support budgeting processes.
  • Monitor revenue collection and financial compliance.
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.
  • Support audits and financial controls.
Biometric Officer
  • Capture biometric data including fingerprints, photographs, and supporting applicant information.
  • Verify applicant identity and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of applicant records.
  • Operate biometric equipment and systems.
  • Support compliance with visa processing procedures.
IT Specialist
  • Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, and operational platforms.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Ensure data security and system reliability.
  • Support business continuity and technology operations.
Receptionist
  • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants and visitors.
  • Manage inquiries, appointments, and customer support requests.
  • Provide information regarding visa application procedures.
  • Maintain professional front office operations.
  • Support administrative and communication activities.
Security Manager
  • Oversee physical security operations within the Visa Application Centre.
  • Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor access control and incident management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
  • Manage safety and risk mitigation activities.
Submission Officer
  • Receive and process visa application submissions.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of application documents.
  • Guide applicants through submission procedures.
  • Maintain application records and workflow tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and service requirements.
