About Sebbi Hospital Ltd
Sebbi Hospital Ltd is a private healthcare facility located in Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District, approximately 5km along Hoima Road. Established as a Medical Centre in 2007 and upgraded to hospital status in 2021, the hospital provides a wide range of specialized healthcare services and operates under the legal and regulatory framework of Uganda.

Job Overview
Sebbi Hospital Ltd is seeking qualified, competent, and motivated professionals to join its growing healthcare team. Successful candidates will contribute to delivering high-quality healthcare services, improving patient experiences, supporting hospital operations, and maintaining professional standards in their respective departments.
Key Responsibilities
IT Assistant
  • Provide technical support for hospital computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain IT equipment and ensure system security.
  • Support users with technology-related challenges.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring hospital information systems.
Radiographer / Imaging Technologist
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols.
  • Operate and maintain radiology equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate image capture and reporting processes.
  • Maintain patient safety and radiation protection standards.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Client Care Supervisor
  • Supervise front office and customer service operations.
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and service delivery.
  • Handle client concerns, feedback, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor staff performance and customer care standards.
  • Support patient engagement and satisfaction programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications for the respective position.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to undergo background verification checks.
