Position Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns, events, activations, partnerships, and promotional initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role focuses on brand management, event marketing, lead generation, partnership development, customer engagement, campaign performance analysis, and strategic marketing execution to drive sales opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Activations, Events & Brand Visibility
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activations, corporate events, sponsorships, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with organizational marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure all marketing activities consistently reflect company brand standards and messaging.
Event Management & Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing events and activations.
  • Coordinate event logistics, venue arrangements, supplier engagement, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor event timelines, budgets, attendance targets, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure effective CRM data collection and lead capture during all events and activations.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide post-event performance reports.
Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising Management
  • Oversee Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including billboards, signage, transit advertising, and outdoor promotional activities.
  • Identify strategic advertising locations and placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with advertising vendors and media partners.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and analyze impact on lead generation and sales performance.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations.
Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and manage partnerships with strategic brands, organizations, corporate entities, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities that support business growth and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to maximize marketing opportunities and brand exposure.
Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure delivery of high-quality marketing services.
Marketing Collateral & Promotional Materials Management
  • Coordinate the sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of:
    • Marketing collateral
    • Promotional materials
    • Branded merchandise
    • Corporate giveaways
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and promotional assets.
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels of marketing resources.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Support customer engagement initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Assist in planning customer appreciation events and relationship-building activities.
  • Promote customer advocacy and positive brand experiences.
Marketing Analytics, Reporting & Market Research
  • Collect, analyze, and report on:
    • Marketing campaign performance
    • CRM insights
    • Lead generation metrics
    • Customer engagement data
    • Market trends
    • Competitor activities
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing performance and business outcomes.
Marketing Department Support
  • Support the overall activities of the Marketing Department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing objectives.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management that are commensurate with the role.
