PRIDE BANK UGANDA JOBS 2026 – SALES EXECUTIVES VACANCIES (MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS UGANDA)

• Mobilize accounts and ensure they are funded and active.
• Mobilize at least 20 loans per month.
• Support and lead the sales team under the guidance of the Banking Operations Manager and Branch Manager.
• Maintain close contact with customers and gather market intelligence on customer needs and trends.
• Ensure at least 90% of mobilized/opened accounts are enrolled onto Pride Bank digital platforms.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities and marketing events.
• Sell new products and maintain quality customer service through launches, pilot testing, and sales campaigns.
• Participate in VSP activities such as pitch camps, barazas, bazaars, business forums, and trade shows.
• Conduct stock taking of assets and maintain an accurate fixed asset register.

• Minimum of a Diploma in any business-related discipline, including Agribusiness.
• At least 2 principal passes at A’ Level.
• Must have at least a pass in Mathematics and English at O’ Level.
• Should be energetic, innovative, creative, and ambitious.
• Must demonstrate high integrity, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be fluent in commonly used local languages in the assigned region.
• Must be not more than 40 years of age.
