• Identify prospective customers and generate new business leads

• Contact client debtors via telephone and written communication to agree on repayment plans
• Follow up on debt recovery agreements and ensure adherence to repayment schedules
• Review contract documentation to assess liability and identify recoverability issues
• Analyze debt cases and apply negotiation skills to reach amicable settlement solutions
• Establish and monitor repayment schedules for clients
• Maintain accurate records and statistics on debt recovery performance
• Ensure all legal and recovery documents are properly filed, tracked, and followed up
