Church Partnership Facilitator (Entry-Level) – Karamoja Region

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local church partners
• Promote trust, mutual respect, and collaboration
• Support churches in strengthening ministry capacity

• Assist churches in needs assessment, planning, and execution of child and youth programs
• Support implementation of church-led development strategies
• Help churches engage parents, caregivers, and community stakeholders

• Support monitoring of program progress and outcomes
• Assist in reflection and evaluation of church interventions
• Contribute to planning improvements for future program cycles

• Coordinate Church-Facing Team (CFT) activities
• Mobilize internal and external resources to support church partners
• Document partnership activities and follow-ups

• Promote child protection standards in all church activities
• Report safeguarding concerns through official channels
• Support implementation of child safety policies and practices

• Support collaboration among churches in assigned clusters
• Encourage peer learning and shared resources
• Assist in maintaining partnership agreements and renewals

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Social Sciences, Development Studies, Community Development, Theology, or related)

• Experience living or working in the Karamoja region
• Experience in community work, project support, or team leadership preferred

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Community engagement and facilitation skills
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in field-based environments and travel up to 50%

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Commitment to Compassion International’s child protection and Christian values
• Uphold ethical conduct and safeguarding standards

• Office and field-based role
• Requires frequent travel (up to 50%) within Karamoja
• Physical activity including walking, standing, and field visits
