Sales & Farmer Support Officer Job – Dutch Seed Centre, Kampala, Uganda

• Grow sales and expand the company's customer base.
• Identify and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
• Conduct regular field visits to farms, agro-dealers, and agricultural stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Train farmers on proper product usage and recommended agricultural practices.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Promote company products and services to increase market penetration.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth.

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or business development.
• Knowledge of agriculture, horticulture, agribusiness, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for field activities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
