Job Summary
Westlink Delicacy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive in Kampala, Uganda to join its growing team focused on natural health and wellness products.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
This role also supports the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) objectives, including quality assurance, environmental sustainability, and occupational health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell natural health and wellness products across assigned territories
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Ugandan market
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support customer retention and brand awareness initiatives
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Support implementation of IMS standards (quality, safety, and environmental compliance)
  • Conduct field sales visits and market outreach activities
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Marketing
    • Business Administration
    • Sales and Marketing
    • Agribusiness
    • Or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles
  • Digital marketing and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
