JOB TITLE: DRIVER – EXECUTIVE TRANSPORT SERVICES (HR BEYOND LIMITS)
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a reliable, professional, and trustworthy Driver to provide safe, timely, and confidential transportation services for the MD and designated personnel. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, well-groomed, and committed to maintaining high standards of service delivery, safety, and discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving & Errands
  •  Transport the employer and authorized personnel to business and personal appointments punctually 
  •  Execute errands such as deliveries, collections, and supply transportation 
  •  Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions for timely arrivals 
  •  Assist with carrying luggage, parcels, and other items when required 
Security & Safety
  •  Follow all traffic laws and ensure safe driving practices at all times 
  •  Remain alert and ensure passenger safety throughout all trips 
  •  Report any suspicious activity or security concerns immediately 
  •  Ensure all passengers are properly seated and secured before travel 
Vehicle Maintenance
  •  Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent condition 
  •  Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tyres, oil, brakes, lights, wipers) 
  •  Coordinate servicing and repairs with relevant service providers 
  •  Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance 
  •  Report mechanical issues promptly 
Confidentiality & Discretion
  •  Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and business information 
  •  Avoid disclosure of employer movements, schedules, or sensitive information 
  •  Handle all documents and conversations with professionalism and discretion 
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  •  Valid driving license (Class B, C, and C1 an added advantage) 
  •  Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional) 
  •  Clean driving record with no major traffic offences 
  •  Good knowledge of Uganda roads and traffic systems 
  •  Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge 
  •  Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends 
  •  Smart appearance and professional conduct 
  •  Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy 
DESIRABLE SKILLS
  •  Defensive driving certification 
  •  First Aid training 
  •  Experience working with executives or high-profile individuals 
  •  Basic English communication and reporting skills
