Content Creator
JOB PURPOSE
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing engaging content that promotes the company's brand, services, and marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The role requires creativity, storytelling skills, and the ability to produce high-quality visual and video content that drives audience engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative content ideas and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Produce high-quality visual, graphic, photo, and video content.
  • Write compelling captions, articles, promotional materials, and social media posts.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
  • Identify content trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content creation tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and video editing applications.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Field Manager
JOB PURPOSE
The Field Manager will oversee cleaning operations in the field to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient team performance, and strong client satisfaction. The role involves supervising cleaning teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and support cleaning teams in the field.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, deployment, and task assignments.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety guidelines, and client requirements.
  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field operation reports.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Support operational planning and service improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with management on field challenges and progress updates.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • Experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or operations supervision is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
