POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales Executives and Promoters to join Lycamobile Uganda. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting mobile services, expanding the customer base, and increasing brand awareness across assigned territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Promotion
Actively engage potential customers to promote SIM cards, data plans, and international calling services.
Market Research
Identify new sales opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Relationship Building
Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Target Achievement
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Event Participation
Represent Lycamobile at promotional events, fairs, and community activities.
Sales Presentations
Deliver compelling presentations highlighting product benefits and value.
Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in field sales (telecommunications preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
