BACK-END SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST – JOB OPPORTUNITY

Job Summary
Join our team and play a key role in driving sales excellence, supplier performance, and operational success. The Back-end Sales Support Specialist will support procurement, logistics, invoicing, and government contract operations to ensure smooth business delivery.

Position Overview
The Back-end Sales Support Specialist is responsible for optimizing sales support operations by managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and supporting compliance with government contracts. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain roles
  • Experience in IT hardware and networking is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and local market dynamics
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination
  • Manage logistics for timely delivery of goods and services
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth operational workflows
Invoicing & Finance Support
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
  • Oversee Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process
  • Work with finance team for payment approvals
Government Contracts
  • Handle procurement requests from government entities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements
  • Manage documentation and reporting for contracts
Operations Support
  • Provide procurement support for internal operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs
