Job Overview
The Field Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a field sales team, driving daily sales performance, expanding distribution networks, and ensuring consistent market growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and onboard field sales executives
  • Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team
  • Monitor performance and provide continuous feedback

Field Sales Execution
  • Supervise daily market visits by team members
  • Support closing of deals and improving conversion rates
  • Ensure consistent sales activity across all team members

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, distribution, or B2B sales
  • Prior experience in sales team leadership is an added advantage

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
