Account Executive – Client Service
Job Summary
Buzz Activate Uganda is hiring an Account Executive to support client service operations, manage campaign execution, and ensure strong client relationships within a fast-paced experiential marketing environment.
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
Campaign Coordination
  • Support planning and execution of BTL and experiential marketing campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign activities
Budget & Resource Management
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets and resource allocation
  • Track campaign spend and support cost control
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare campaign reports and performance documentation
  • Ensure accurate records of client deliverables
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams
  • Support smooth execution of multiple campaigns
Personal Attributes
  • Interest in BTL and experiential marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player
