JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in applying data mining techniques and conducting statistical analysis on large structured and unstructured datasets to understand patterns, trends, and business phenomena. Develop models to solve business problems and generate insights using statistical methods, machine learning, algorithmic techniques, and data visualization to support decision-making across business units.
Leverage client voices through personalised and contextually relevant conversations to support client-led product and solution design. Co-create, administer, and enhance a client conversation platform (e.g. NBA) that enables bankers to engage customers in meaningful, data-driven conversations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary insights and analytics team to design and deliver personalised client engagement strategies for Personal and Private Banking segments across the country.
Build, maintain, and improve statistically robust campaign models to support acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives across customer segments.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines and machine learning solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS to support real-time and batch analytics.
Operationalise machine learning models using MLOps practices including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining to ensure reliability and sustained performance.
Apply advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques including natural language processing, recommender systems, and generative AI to improve personalisation and customer engagement.
Design experimentation frameworks including A/B testing, uplift modelling, and causal inference to evaluate and optimise campaign and customer journey performance.
Ensure compliance with data governance, model risk management, and responsible AI principles, including explainability, fairness, and regulatory standards.
Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders to support informed decision-making across the organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS
First degree in Mathematical Sciences, Information Technology, or related field from a recognised institution
Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
5–7 years of experience in quantitative analytics, data science, or modelling environments with proven delivery of customer and commercial outcomes
Strong experience in customer insights and analytics, with end-to-end accountability for translating data into actionable business decisions
Experience working with unstructured data such as streams and images, and strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data engineering
Experience designing and deploying cloud-based data solutions using Azure or AWS, including distributed computing and scalable analytics architectures
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments including APIs and enterprise system integration
Experience using data science tools, MLOps frameworks, and visualization platforms
Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or AWS Machine Learning Specialty are an added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide financial support including processing payments, posting accounting entries in the system, preparing financial information for monthly reporting packs, preparing tax returns, and performing reconciliations across all accounts.
Capture journal entries to recognize revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities in line with business activities.
Verify assets and IT equipment annually to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile all General Ledger accounts to the accounting system on a monthly basis.
Process invoices received through the procurement system and follow up with approvers to complete payments. Resolve payment-related queries including providing proof of payment where required.
Monitor performance against approved budgets on a monthly basis and advise relevant stakeholders on variances and trends.
Extract financial information for monthly reporting and prepare financial packs including income statements and supporting schedules for management review.
Prepare and submit monthly tax returns for various tax categories. Reconcile tax control accounts and support resolution of variances.
QUALIFICATIONS
First Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a recognised institution
At least 2 years’ experience in a finance-related environment
Competence in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles including classification, measurement, and recording of transactions using financial systems
Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and finance processes and procedures
