Job Description

Job Description – Partner Success Lead (10X Program)
The Partner Success Lead for the 10X Program will play a key role in managing the entire partner lifecycle and ensuring strong collaboration with external stakeholders throughout the implementation of the 3-year program. The role focuses on building and maintaining successful relationships with sub-partners and sub-sub partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with partners involved in the 10X Program.
  • Oversee the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to engagement and performance management.
  • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Align partner activities with organizational objectives and program goals.
  • Manage partner expectations and support seamless implementation of project activities.
  • Foster strong partnerships that contribute to successful program execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to address operational and strategic needs.
  • Monitor partner performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting Line
  • Reports directly to the Digital Economy Practice Lead.
