Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project monitoring and evaluation plans.
• Design and maintain results frameworks and indicator tracking tools.
• Manage routine collection of programme data.
• Maintain secure GBVIMS+ and other protection information systems.
• Conduct regular Data Quality Assessments (DQAs).
• Support digital data collection using Kobo, ODK, CommCare, and GBVIMS+.
• Track project performance against approved targets.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards.

• Analyse quantitative and qualitative programme data.
• Identify trends, risks, gaps, and protection concerns.
• Prepare donor-compliant monitoring reports.
• Produce learning briefs, case studies, and success stories.
• Support baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.
• Coordinate with consultants during external evaluations.
• Present monitoring findings to management and partners.

• Ensure confidential and survivor-centred handling of SGBV information.
• Support complaints and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor safeguarding compliance.
• Promote Do-No-Harm principles during data collection.
• Protect sensitive beneficiary information in accordance with data protection standards.

• Train programme staff on M&E tools and reporting systems.
• Build partner capacity in data quality and reporting.
• Mentor case workers and social workers on documentation standards.
• Strengthen consortium partners' monitoring systems.

• Participate in district and national GBV coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with Police, Health Facilities, Probation Offices, and Community Development Offices.
• Support donor monitoring missions.
• Contribute monitoring frameworks during proposal development.
• Provide evidence and baseline data for new projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Additional training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, GBVIMS+, Safeguarding, or Protection Programming is an added advantage.
• Minimum three years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation within GBV, SGBV, protection, humanitarian, or development programmes.
• Experience using GBVIMS or GBVIMS+.
• Strong donor reporting experience.
• Experience analysing SGBV data and developing dashboards.
• Experience training programme staff on M&E systems and tools.
