## Job Summary
The Relationship Officer / Banking Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, mobilizing deposits, marketing financial products, identifying new business opportunities, supporting loan acquisition activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with communities and businesses to grow the institution's customer base while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

## Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Market UGAFODE's banking and financial products.
  • Mobilize customer deposits and savings accounts.
  • Identify and recruit new customers.
  • Promote loan products and support credit acquisition activities.
  • Cross-sell banking products and digital financial services.
  • Conduct community outreach and financial awareness campaigns.
  • Visit customers and businesses to identify financial needs.
  • Achieve assigned business growth and customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare activity and performance reports.
  • Represent UGAFODE professionally within assigned communities.

## Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Education, Agriculture, Social Development Studies, or another related business discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in community development, field operations, sales, SACCOs, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Valid motorcycle riding permit (Mandatory).
  • Applicants should be between 22 and 25 years of age.
