Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Employee Banking will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate organisations, institutions, and employee banking schemes.
The successful candidate will oversee assigned employer schemes, strengthen partnerships, drive employee banking product uptake, support loan and portfolio growth, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain strong risk management practices.
The role requires a highly motivated banking professional with strong relationship management, sales, credit analysis, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Banking Scheme Relationship Management
The Relationship Manager will:
  • Serve as the main contact person for assigned employee banking schemes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employer institutions.
  • Conduct promotional and loyalty activities within partner organisations.
  • Communicate product updates, pricing changes, and service improvements.
  • Ensure excellent relationship management across assigned schemes.
