Job Summary

The Quality Supervisor of Daily-Use Ceramics will oversee quality assurance activities within the daily-use ceramics production process. The successful candidate will ensure that ceramic products meet company standards, customer expectations, and international quality requirements.
The role involves supervising quality inspection processes, identifying production defects, implementing corrective actions, maintaining quality documentation, and working closely with production teams to improve manufacturing performance.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and passionate about manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Inspection & Assurance
  • Supervise daily quality inspection activities for ceramic products including bowls, cups, plates, and other daily-use ceramic items.
  • Ensure products meet established quality standards before packaging and delivery.
  • Monitor production processes to identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality risks.
  • Conduct inspections at different production stages including raw materials, processing, finishing, and final products.
  • Maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports.
2. Production Quality Control
  • Work closely with production teams to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing defects.
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company quality procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.

3. Quality Management Systems

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Science, Ceramics Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality control, manufacturing, production supervision, or a related industrial environment.
  • Experience working in ceramics, sanitary ware, manufacturing, or factory production environments is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
