Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Academic Leadership
  • Provide academic leadership, guidance, and mentorship within the Department of Law.

Required Qualifications

  • An earned PhD in Law or a relevant legal discipline from a recognised institution of higher learning.

Experience Requirements

  • At least seven (7) years of relevant teaching, research, publication, and public service experience.
  • At least three (3) years served at the rank of Associate Professor.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide academic leadership.
  • A strong record of legal research and scholarly contribution.
  • Experience supervising postgraduate students.

Publication Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate:
  • At least seven (7) publications in their area of specialisation in recognised peer-reviewed journals since promotion to Associate Professor.
