Job Summary

The People & Culture Associate Business Partner will work closely with managers and business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
The role will focus on:

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Data, Metrics & Insights
  • Collect, analyse, and present monthly HR reports.
  • Monitor employee trends including:
    • Engagement levels.
    • Retention rates.
    • Employee movements.
    • Workforce risks.
  • Maintain HR trackers and workforce planning tools.
  • Provide recommendations based on HR data.
  • Support Heads of Departments with people-related insights.

2. Performance Management

  • Support implementation of performance management processes.
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins with department heads.
  • Document performance discussions and agreed actions.
  • Track employee performance trends and improvement initiatives.
  • Support managers in addressing performance challenges.

3. Recruitment and Talent Management

  • Provide weekly recruitment updates.
  • Support recruitment planning and hiring activities.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for key positions.
  • Coordinate recruitment partnerships.
  • Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Support talent acquisition strategies.

4. Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management

  • Manage employee relations cases professionally.
  • Support disciplinary processes according to company policies.
  • Provide guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities including:
    • Town hall meetings.
    • Employee feedback sessions.
    • Branch engagements.
  • Gather employee feedback and implement improvement actions.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee retention.

5. Leave Management

  • Review and approve leave requests within required timelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee leave records.
  • Identify policy compliance issues.
  • Prepare monthly leave reports.
  • Ensure proper leave administration.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with:
    • Heads of Departments.
    • Managers.
    • Supervisors.
    • Employees.
  • Provide reliable HR guidance and support.
  • Follow up on agreed HR actions.
  • Support business leaders in achieving organizational goals.

7. People & Culture Excellence

Required Qualifications
