Alpine Security Uganda is seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to oversee security operations, manage teams, maintain service quality, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading daily security operations, supervising security personnel deployment, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, security operations experience, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced security environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Operations Management

• Lead and coordinate daily security operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery.
• Ensure effective deployment of security personnel across assigned locations.
• Monitor security activities and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company security procedures and client requirements.

2. Security Team Supervision and Performance Management

• Supervise security officers and operational teams.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to security personnel.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure teams meet operational targets and service standards.

3. Client Service Management

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Respond to client concerns and operational issues.
• Monitor service quality and recommend improvements.
• Ensure security services meet agreed standards.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure security operations comply with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor adherence to safety and security standards.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate security reports and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of security processes.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve security operations.
• Introduce effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education Requirements
Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Management, Criminology, or a related field.

Professional Experience
Candidates should have:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in private security operations.
• Experience managing security operations and personnel.
• Experience overseeing performance, compliance, and service delivery.
• Previous experience in a security supervisory or management position.
