The company is seeking a qualified and experienced NON-FG Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the management of non-finished goods, including raw materials, production supplies, packaging materials, and other warehouse resources required for smooth manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

The NON-FG Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations related to raw materials, components, packaging materials, and other non-finished goods.
The role involves managing receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, warehouse staff supervision, and ensuring materials are available to support production activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, manufacturing logistics, stock control, material handling, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management
  • Supervise daily operations within the Non-Finished Goods (NON-FG) warehouse.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities to support uninterrupted production.
  • Ensure warehouse processes follow company procedures and safety standards.
  • Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations.
2. Receiving and Storage Management
  • Receive incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
  • Verify quantities and quality of received materials against delivery documents.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained.
  • Arrange materials according to warehouse organization standards.
  • Prevent damage, loss, and deterioration of stored materials.
3. Inventory Control and Stock Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all non-finished goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure warehouse records match physical stock balances.
4. Material Issuance and Production Support
  • Coordinate issuance of materials to production departments.
  • Verify material requisitions before releasing stock.
  • Ensure timely supply of raw materials to production teams.
  • Track movement of materials from warehouse to production areas.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all material movements.
5. Warehouse Team Supervision
  • Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Train staff on warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
6. Safety, Compliance and Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures.
