DATA ANALYTICS / BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST – JOB OPPORTUNITY

• Support development and implementation of Retail & Business Banking performance management processes
• Translate business objectives into measurable performance indicators
• Analyze management information (MI) and recommend performance improvements
• Provide business intelligence reports and recommendations to management
• Promote and maintain data integrity across systems and reports

• Generate management information reports and scorecards
• Support planning, organization, and control of reporting frameworks
• Improve reporting quality and information content
• Develop Retail & Business Banking balanced scorecards

• Support staff development and monitoring initiatives
• Collaborate with analytics teams to improve business performance
• Share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Build effective relationships with business leaders and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and control standards
• Implement regulatory and group reporting requirements
• Support timely compliance reviews and reporting processes

• Strong programming and system modelling skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and data modelling tools
• Experience with MySQL, MSSQL, Hadoop, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
• Database administration and report automation skills
• Proficiency in Power BI and modern analytics tools
• Strong business analysis and reporting skills
• Commercial awareness and teamwork abilities

• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Physics, or related field
• Data Engineering or Data Science certifications are essential
• Experience in programming and data mining
• Strong understanding of Retail and Business Banking products and services

• Delivering accurate and concise analytical reports
• Supporting effective business decision-making
• Presenting insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and innovation skills

• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Physical, Mathematical, Computer, and Life Sciences (Required)
