Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily furniture workshop activities and production processes.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Allocate tasks to production teams based on project requirements.
• Monitor production progress and resolve operational challenges.

• Develop and manage production schedules.
• Coordinate furniture manufacturing projects from design stage to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor resource utilisation and production efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes.

• Manage furniture production teams including carpenters, technicians, and workshop assistants.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance support.
