The company is seeking a skilled and organized Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse Supervisor to oversee finished product storage, order preparation, dispatch operations, and warehouse team performance.

Job Summary

The FG Warehouse Supervisor will manage daily operations within the Finished Goods Warehouse, ensuring products are safely received, stored, tracked, and dispatched to customers or distribution channels.
The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, efficient warehouse processes, proper handling of finished products, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in finished goods management, warehouse supervision, inventory control, dispatch operations, logistics coordination, and manufacturing supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finished Goods Warehouse Operations Management
  • Supervise daily activities within the Finished Goods Warehouse.
  • Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of finished products.
  • Ensure finished goods are stored safely and systematically.
  • Monitor warehouse workflow to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely availability of products for customer orders and distribution.
2. Product Receiving and Storage Management
  • Verify finished products received from production departments.
  • Ensure products are properly counted, inspected, and recorded.

3. Inventory Control and Stock Accuracy

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure warehouse records match physical stock levels.
4. Dispatch and Distribution Coordination
  • Coordinate loading and dispatch of finished products.
  • Ensure customer orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
  • Verify delivery documents including delivery notes and dispatch records.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and transport providers.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve operational challenges.
5. Warehouse Team Supervision
