• Target Platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts

• Brand Strategy: Deeply study each client's brand identity, audience, and voice to develop highly tailored, creative, and trendy content ideas.
• Shoot Preparation: Adequately prepare clients for upcoming productions and organize structural plans for content sessions.
• Production & Direction: Script, shoot, and direct engaging, high-retention short-form video content.
• Video Editing: Edit high-quality, fast-paced vertical videos optimized specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar algorithmic platforms.
• Publishing & Optimization: Post content across handles appropriately while strictly aligning with social media algorithm changes and platform best practices.

• Platform Expertise: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, audio tracks, and viral growth strategies.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience building, growing, or engaging audiences for brands or personal profiles on social channels.
• End-to-End Production: Ability to take total ownership of scripting, camera work/shooting, editing, and final publishing workflows.
• Creative Storytelling: A natural creative thinker with a sharp eye for visual storytelling, pacing, hook creation, and community engagement.
• Portfolio Requirement: Must be able to share a portfolio, active social handles, or direct links to previous video work.
